What is Inaura?

Inaura is an interactive, intuitive platform that helps you find Guides, education, and resources to support you on your healing, growth and self-discovery journey.

We help you:

where you are on your healing, growth & discovery journey right now.

the many offerings available to you & guidance on your next steps.

the options that resonate for you & move forward on your unique path.

We do this through our proprietary and comprehensive GuideMe™ Assessment that connects Seekers with specific Guides, information, classes, workshops and other resources aligned with who they are, where they’re at and what they’re looking for help with.

On our site you’ll find a lot of highly curated free content covering dozens of subjects, such as trauma, attachment repair, meditation, subtle energy, addiction, purpose, anxiety, depression, breathwork, psychedelics, somatic therapy and the nervous system.

We also have Modality Spotlights, which are objective, unbiased reports on various therapy and healing modalities to help you better understand what’s available and what most appeals to you.

Yet Inaura is so much more than a platform…
It is an interconnected community of Seekers and Guides.

Inaura features hundreds of world-class teachers, healers, coaches, therapists, and counselors across the full spectrum of mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being, all here available and accessible to you. These are your Guides.

Also, Inaura is an ever-growing global community of courageous Seekers, just like you, who are here to explore and discover what is possible and available to help with their own healing, growth and awakening.

Our Mission

Inaura’s mission is to create an interconnected community of Seekers and Guides, empowering all of those looking for relief, healing or personal growth with the resources they need to thrive – while supporting Guides to reach more people with their unique gifts.

We spread awareness of the many paths to healing and self-realization that exist, and give each Seeker a personalized menu of options.

It’s not one size fits all. It’s what size fits you, right now.

Inclusion & Celebrating Diversity

At the heart of Inaura are unity and inclusion. We are committed to being an inclusive platform that represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are also committed to building a culture where difference is continuously celebrated and valued.

We acknowledge that deep inequalities, cultural trauma, and systemic racism are an inherent part of our collective history, as well as a very present and tangible experience in today’s society.

Ironically, these systems of oppression and discrimination disproportionately affect the people from the cultures and communities from where many modern healing modalities originate.

The appropriation of these modalities has had a deep impact on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels of those who have taken, and those who have been taken from.

It is our intention to engage our diverse communities with honor, equity, and balance. We are committed to this essential and ongoing process.

The main ways we achieve this:

We are committed to continually seeking out a diverse base of Guides to better serve Seekers from every background, culture, and community.

We aim to disrupt the normalized standard of one-size-fits-all healing, and the cultural appropriation that comes with integrating traditional practices into the mainstream.

At Inaura we believe we can both introduce these practices into the mainstream while having deep reverence for the culture from which they originated and evolved.

While we’re talking about inclusion, here’s what else gets us fired up: accessibility. Seekers having access to what they need to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

Our commitment is to provide greater access through scholarships, partnerships with aligned organizations, and abundant free and low-cost information & offerings to support all people to discern their next best step.

Our Founders

Ana Paula Munoz

Co-Founder of Inaura, started out as an architect creating physical space for people to inhabit and enjoy. She received her Masters at Southern California Institute of Architecture (a top 10 school). Her first dream-come-true job was working alongside Frank Gehry, a world-renowned architect. Ana Paula’s most well-known project was the design and construction of the mile-long MPK21 building at the Facebook campus in Menlo Park.

While she has created important spaces in the external world and is very proud of her work, Ana Paula’s true passion exists working within the internal world of the individual. Now, as a Feminine Leadership Coach and Intuitive, she helps heart-centered women become the architects of their own reality and redesign a life they love. Over the past few years, Ana Paula has led private and group retreats in Bali, Mexico and multiple cities around the United States.

Growing up in the U.S. right on the border between Texas and Mexico (Juarez and El Paso), Ana Paula now considers the world her home. Although she currently resides in the States, that’s likely to change once the world opens up again.

Our Story

We met at a healing ceremony in 2018.

I, Michael, ended up at the healing ceremony desperate and running out of options.

I was in a deep, suicidal depression. I had done everything I knew to do from my background in functional health, like eating “right” and taking all the supplements. I also tried several different therapists, practices, books and approaches. But nothing was working.

I’d spent countless hours scouring the internet for something that could help me. Hoping to find some kind of hub or resource center online that could help me figure out what might work for me, I searched and searched and found nothing of the sort.

On the verge of ending my life, I went to the healing ceremony.

I, Ana Paula, arrived at the healing ceremony curious to explore what was next for me.

Leading up to the ceremony, I had left architecture, the path I’d studied and prepared for all my life. Having the courage to create something new for myself was a huge step forward in my own growth.

I had started a coaching business, supporting clients to design the kind of life they really desired. Supporting women to unwind from the same conditioning that had directed the first part of my life was liberating and inspiring.

During the ceremony, I (Ana Paula) had a breakthrough. The healing ceremony helped me release additional layers of conditioning that had me living in a black and white kind of world. I began to soften the parts of me that were being held in a rigid pattern and reconnected to my emotional body.

This experience led me to see the world in a different way: instead of conforming to the rigid structures of conditioning, I began to trust my heart’s guidance at a new level. Instead of finding my value in “doing things right” and “making things perfect,” I found other aspects of myself that I had long abandoned… the Creativity that is born from listening to the Voice of my Heart Desire. This shifted my life forever.

After the ceremony, my (Michael’s) black-and-white world had become color. My depression was significantly lifted and I was able to breathe. I cried on the way home. I didn’t know how to not be depressed. What I did know, however, was that my life had changed.

I knew I wanted to shift my life, and my career, in the direction of deeper healing work. I dove into the work. Intensive therapy, sometimes 2-3x/week. I voraciously consumed books, videos, and any information I could find on trauma healing, emotional health, spirituality, and energy.

A few months later, I was invited back to that same group. My intention the second time was to figure out what it was I was going to do with this new life. Several of the people who’d been at the first ceremony started crying when they saw me because the person who walked into that room was not the same person they met a few months earlier.

During this second healing ceremony, we simultaneously received the message that we needed to create the very resource hub that didn’t exist when I (Michael) needed it most.

Within a matter of 15 minutes, we had the entire plan outlined on a napkin.
