We do this through our proprietary and comprehensive GuideMe™ Assessment that connects Seekers with specific Guides, information, classes, workshops and other resources aligned with who they are, where they’re at and what they’re looking for help with.
On our site you’ll find a lot of highly curated free content covering dozens of subjects, such as trauma, attachment repair, meditation, subtle energy, addiction, purpose, anxiety, depression, breathwork, psychedelics, somatic therapy and the nervous system.
We also have Modality Spotlights, which are objective, unbiased reports on various therapy and healing modalities to help you better understand what’s available and what most appeals to you.
We have world-class therapists, counselors, coaches, teachers, and healers across the full spectrum of mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being, all here available and accessible to you. These are our Guides.
Plus, we have an ever-growing global community of courageous Seekers, like you, who are here to explore and discover what else is possible now with their healing, growth and awakening.
Inaura’s mission is to create an interconnected community of Seekers and Guides, empowering all those seeking relief, healing or personal growth with the resources they need to thrive. All while supporting Guides to reach more people with their unique gifts.
We spread awareness of the many paths to healing and self-realization that exist across the world. We give each seeker a personalized menu of options. It’s not one size fits all. It’s what size fits you, right now. Through unity and community, we create a healthier, peaceful and unified world.
Oneness is acknowledging our individuality, honoring our differences and realizing our shared consciousness.
Responsibility is holding ourselves as the creator of our own lives and experiences.
A sense of community unites us and helps us feel like we’re part of something greater than ourselves.
Impact is making a positive difference in other people’s lives in meaningful ways.
At the heart of Inaura are unity and inclusion. We commit to being an inclusive platform that represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are also committed to building a culture where difference is continuously celebrated and valued.
We acknowledge that deep inequalities, cultural trauma, and systemic racism are an inherent part of our collective history, as well as a very present and tangible experience in today’s society. These systemic patterns disproportionately affect the people from the cultures and communities from where most modern healing modalities originate. The appropriation of these modalities has had a deep impact on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels of those who have taken, and those who have been taken from. It is our intention to engage our diverse communities with honor, equity, and balance. We commit to this essential and ongoing process.
The main ways we achieve this:
1) We continuously seek out a diversity of Guides to better serve Seekers from every background.
2) We aim to disrupt the normalized standard of one-size fits all health and the cultural appropriation that comes with integrating practices into the mainstream. And so, at Inaura we believe we can both introduce these practices into the mainstream while having deep reverence for the culture from which they originated and evolved.
3) While we’re talking about inclusion, here’s what else gets us fired up: accessibility. Seekers having access to what they need to enhance their health and happiness. Our commitment as a company is to provide greater access through scholarships, getting involved with local schools and providing excellent and free information to support all people to discern their next best step.

His own personal experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal states, insomnia and the subsequent healing work he’s done himself, are the driving forces behind his motivation and inspiration to create Inaura.
Ana Paula Munoz, Co-Founder of Inaura, started out as an architect creating physical space for people to inhabit and enjoy. She received her Masters at Southern California Institute of Architecture (a top 10 school). Her first dream-come-true job was working alongside Frank Gehry, a world-renowned architect. Ana Paula’s most well-known project was the design and construction of the mile-long MPK21 building at the Facebook campus in Menlo Park.
While she has created important spaces in the external world and is very proud of her work, Ana Paula’s true passion exists working within the internal world of the individual. Now, as a Feminine Leadership Coach and Intuitive, she helps heart-centered women become the architects of their own reality and redesign a life they love. Over the past few years, Ana Paula has led private and group retreats in Bali, Mexico and multiple cities around the United States.
Growing up in the U.S. right on the border between Texas and Mexico (Juarez and El Paso), Ana Paula now considers the world her home. Although she currently resides in the States, that’s likely to change once the world opens up again.
We’re eternally grateful to all the generous people who have contributed to making Inaura a reality. Deep gratitude for:
They say it takes a village to raise a child… we’re so grateful to have you as our village. We wouldn’t be here without you.
