In this class we will learn and practice a wide variety of easy to do and effective practices for releasing stress and developing calm and resilience. Practices will be easy to do, seated or standing and accessible for all levels and physical capacity. We will utilize self massage and tapping, gentle movements, breathing and guided awareness and meditation practices that draw from both Eastern and Western systems

I’m a teacher and coach that specializes in empowering people at managing their nervous system and childhood trauma so they can be the most mature and vital version of themselves. Childhood trauma can negatively impact our self-esteem, relationships, and career. I draw on 25 years of study in Eastern energy practices, body-based psychology, and attachment healing to help you master balancing your nervous system and be the best parent to your inner child.
