Feeling overwhelmed and undernourished? Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation system that releases tension and replenishes the mind, body, and spirit.

Class begins with a grounding practice, followed by a blend of gentle movements that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. You will experience a gentle release of stored tension as your nervous system rebalances and you connect to deeper, more peaceful states of consciousness.

Research suggests that 30-40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 3-4 hours of deep sleep in terms of rest and renewal. Yoga Nidra has also been effectively used as a gentle approach to trauma healing.

About Katya Lovejoy

I am a clinical hypnotherapist, trauma coach, and meditation teacher with over a decade of experience working in ancient and modern healing therapies.
