I have a background of working in community mental health and wellness spaces. I bring a holistic approach to guiding you through your journey and wholeheartedly believe in seekers owning their own power to heal themselves. I believe deeply in returning to the body and shifting away from only being mind centered.

I bring the healing practices of my guides and ancestors to support you as you discover your gifts and power. I am trained in level 1 and 2 Reiki. I also have a 200hr ytt certification. I’m excited to connect and witness your transformation.
