Throughout my life, I have been attuned to the vibrant signals our bodies express, and the ways those expressions can guide us to create a fulfilling partnership with ourselves.
From a very early age, I learned about the body by reading, witnessing conscious healers, and listening to my body. My studies of Naturopathic Medicine, yoga, meditation, spirituality, and other indigenous practices deepened my understanding of the multiple influences that impact our lives.
In my practice, I create brave spaces for individuals to activate healing through healing yoga, mindful breathing, meditation, and visualization with loving care. I partner with individuals to dive deep into personal ways of being with compassion and intuition. I dedicate part of my practice to techniques and offerings that focus on the healing of BIPOC. My practice is grounded in liberation and offers a healing journey that deepens the connection to self while transforming the human experience.
I have a BA in Biology from Xavier University with a concentration in Naturopathic Medicine. I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 4 years of experience.
