Throughout the course of a decade, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. I have had the incredible fortune of working with a great number of unique individuals.

I have worked with women and children suffering from domestic abuse, in the substance abuse field as well as corrections. I have counseled in the homes of the sick and the poor, working with children and families, to find solutions for their day-to-day challenges. I have worked with those who were at the lowest point of their lives and wanted badly to end it all.

I saw unimaginable strength in both men and women who literally had to pick themselves up from the floor and start over, with little or no strength to get by – they found enough courage to live. It is such an honor to have worked with so many souls and to have been a part of their story. These stories still inspire me to help others. Today my focus is holistic mental health. I work with women to help move them toward a life of calm, conscious clarity through mental health coaching, counseling, and discussions around the power of natural remedies.

My 30-day program is grounded in research, practice, and age-old techniques that are trusted all over the world. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen with my kids preparing fresh vegan meals with a teapot on the stove. I look forward to finding you on your path, wherever you may be.

1:1 Embrace Yourself 30-Day Program

The Embrace Yourself program takes you through four sessions or 30-days of working toward relief from anxiety and depression. Research shows that if you can take your body out of a state of stress for 30-days that anxiety-related issues may self correct. You are given detailed coaching materials that outline activities for each day. Focus areas include: taking the body out of a state of stress, self acceptance, herbalism, greening your home and spirituality, Chakras.
