In 1992, I started my study at Maharishi University of Management. I learned Transcendental Meditation and I studied Ayurveda Introductory Course and other Vedic science courses. I graduated from TM teacher course in 1993.

Fascinated by this deep knowledge of life, I continued to learn more about Ayurveda, nutrition, and integrative therapies on my own. In 2011 I enrolled in an Ayurveda Wellness Consultant Course at Maharishi University of Management. After graduation, I started my practice professionally by offering Ayurveda consultations.

My knowledge of nutrition and naturopathy which I studied later helps greatly to complement and enrich the holistic approach. It helps to eliminate many deficiencies created by chronic illness and it will help when people can`t tolerate herbs or berries in our supplements. Naturopathy is able to adjust our modern lifestyle to the basic needs of our mind and body that we can life without much strain naturally supported by all forces of nature. Our mindset is changing when we live according to the Law of Nature and life becomes easier and more enjoyable.

After identification of type of physiology, person will be given recommendations about appropriate changes in lifestyle and food choices. Coaching is the way to offer human interaction to person experiencing stress. It could be past trauma or current stressful situation that needs to be addresses. There are some ways to reduce stress - deep breathing techniques, affirmation, emotional support and finding stress points in the mind and body. All traumatic experiences are recorded in our physiology and we can identify them first. Most people don`t realize impact of stress and trauma including emotional and physical trauma.
