We work on improving your mindset and belief patterns to create new possibilities. I hold you accountable, support you without judgment, and partner with you in a thought-provoking discussion to maximize your personal potential.

As a mind-body coach and therapist, I weave together meditation and breathwork practices, functional strength, yoga, corrective exercise, primal movement, and qigong. I guide you through improving movement quality and enhancing body awareness to build sustainable health and longevity.

Integrative Health Coaching

Move. Breathe. Transform. This integrative session is a powerful combination of the different modalities I offer. Movement therapy, breathwork, and then health coaching are woven together to create the space for deep transformation on the inside out. After moving your body and going through a breathwork practice, you are more grounded and in a place of clarity. From here we have a deeper conversation about moving forward in your life considering your goals, challenges, and mindset.

Movement Therapy

$150 | 60min.

Physical training is catered towards your body, your health history, and your goals. We start with an assessment to see how your body moves and understand your challenges or pain. From there, I incorporate a variety of modalities depending on what you need and what you are interested in: functional strength, yoga, rehab & corrective exercise, pilates, primal movement, qigong, myofascial release, and mobility work.

Breathwork Meditation

$150 | 60min.

Breathwork is a vital practice to stimulate the flow of energy through the body to help clear the mind, reduce stress, release emotions, and cultivate deep awareness. From a physiological perspective, breathwork helps balance the nervous system, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and reduce inflammation. Breathwork is a deeply meditative experience that leads you to an expanded state of consciousness and inspiration. You feel open and grounded and tap into intuition.
